I had an urge to draw a furry jacket. Then, I had an urge to draw white hair. Then, I had an urge to draw red eyes. Then, I decided that red eyes were kinda boring. Then, I decided to make her more evil looking. Then, I decided the picture needed more OOMPH and I slapped on some textures from [link] . Then... well, you get the idea.
