I was in the this art slump, desparately trying to think of something to draw yet coming up with nothing. Then this series of events *mumbles* led to me to pick this up again. Which means, yes, I was planning to do a second one ever since I did the first one (notice there was a 1 in the title) and I started this one in like... February or something. O_o; But school caught up and... yeah, this was supposed to come way sooner. That also explains why Rapid 99 girl looks a bit different from the rest because she was the one I drew first.
And a message to you JSRF fans. I'm really against the whole art-theft/not-giving-credit-where-credit-is-due thing. So if I see any copies of my JSRF art floating about and I know nothing about it, I'll get really mad. And I'm the freaking Hulk when I'm mad. So ask permission first, or at least give credit.
